FIELD MANAGEMENT

In this section, contain additional information such as website address, home address, occupation, telp no, no. Fax, and others. By default, Tab additional information (additional information) contains information such as visible in the image below.

Some things to note are: Required, and Registered.

•    Required = whether the field must be filled in when people do registration.
•    Registered = whether the field is displayed on the first time people do registration

Make New Tab
We can add a new field-the field as you wish. However, should create a new tab first so that additional information is not integrates with the other. The tab is nambak like in the picture below.

  1. For make new Tab, sure at  Tab Management page.
  2. Next, click New Tab button.
  3. Enter the title of a new tab, and deskripsinya. Do not forget, on the set Publish Yes. While for the placement of the position tab, and the view of user access rights can be arranged at the bottom (not visible). If you are finished, click Save.

Make new Field
After creating a new tab, now live make-field field new suit.

  1. Make sure it is located on the page Field Management, how to select the Components > Community Builder > Field Management.
  2. Click New Field button.
  3. For example, we will make some information about the field work experience.
    a.    Institution Name
    b.    Institution Address
    c.    Position
    d.    Phone
    e.    Fax.
    f.    Website
    g.    Email
    h.   Experience
  4. After determining the field-the field will be created, the next step is determining the type field, note the following information.
    a.    Institution Name = Text Field, Size = 25, Max Length = 40
    b.    Institution Address = Text Area, Size = 20, Max Length = 75, Col = 20, Row = 2
    c.    Position = Text Field, Size = 20, Max Length = 20
    d.    Phone = Text Field, Size = 20, Max Length = 10
    e.    Fax. = Text Field, Size = 20, Max Length = 10
    f.    Website = Web Address, Size = 20, Type = URL only
    g.    Email = Email Address, Size = 20, Max Length = 20
    h.    Experience= Text Area, Size Size = 20, Max Length = 300, Col = 20, Row = 4
  5. To be more easily understood, note the following images.
  6. Please note, when typing in the Name (institution) will then be automatically added cb_ prefix so that the name was changed to cb_instansi. The next step to make the address field. Click the New Field button.

LIST MANAGER
List of community members that will be displayed can be set up access rights. If access rights are Registered, meaning only to users who have done registration. Thus, the user (Guest) can not see the list of members.
When you set up some configuration for the user, interface, field, and other matters related to the community, the next step in showing the facility Frontpage (front page) of your site.

  1. First time,  select Component > Communit Builder > List Management.
  2. By default,  there is only one view community called Member List.
  3. Edit member with the pressing  Member List.

  4. In this section, may be a community title (Title), group access rights to view the community. Everybody If set, every visitor can see the members, but can not see the detail the user is. Visitors must sign in or register first if you want to see the detail other users.
  5. Choose the field-the field will be displayed on the columns that have been provided. Key <- Add the top, used to enter the field in column 1. The Add button -> at the top, used to add field-2 field in the column. <- Add at the bottom is used to enter the field-3 field in the column. The Add button -> at the bottom, used to add the field-field in the column 4.
  6. Arrange each of the fields as needed. Column 1 (column 1) position is the left.
  7. Insert more field for column 2.
  8. Insert more  field for column 3.
  9. Insert more  field for column 4.
  10. Duplicate (Copy) address the link that will be used to view a list of community members.
  11. Save all changes have been made by pressing Save button at the top.
  12. Once sure the address link, copy-ter, it’s time to put the list of communities. The menu button can be placed in the mainmenu, othermenu, and usermenu. If you follow the instructions of this book, put on the top menu by choosing  Menu > topmenu.
  13. Click  New button.
  14. Select Links, then select Link – Url.
  15. Enter the URL address that has been in the copy in the previous link. Enter the title of community (ie community) in the Name column.
  16. After finish, click Save button.
